Recently a LOT of insurance claims have been made on nokia n73, sadly i was one of the ones affected by this. I was sold a reportedly stolen phone. What i would say is, ask your seller to give you the serial number/IMEI..for the phone before you buy it. Why??
Get the IMEI so that you can go onthe checkmend website, and pay a small fee of 2.99, to see whether or not the phone is reported stolen or lost.
Or look at the price. I would say anything over 160 is a genuine offer. Anything less, shows me that there is a scam, or fraud behind the deal.
