Last week we collected a lot of good quality clothes donated by the staff of the school and sorted them into Men's clothesLady's clothesChildrens clothesThis week we will look at setting up the business team and defining roles. Then we will choose the roles and write our mission statement including:Sales and marketing strategy.Pricing and Financial planning of each unitForecasting sales and planning 'production'. Quality control / policy for returns etc.Cash flow, profit and loss, accounts.It should go something like:Our production team will prepare the clothes for sale which will be checked by our QA.We will plan our sales and forecast our cash flow and profit targets.Our sales team will sell the product to our target market and achieve sales targets..Our accounts department will control costs and record profits.We will monitor our performance in a weekly report from each department at our meeting.
